Teledata-24
If you want the balance on your account or want to transfer from savings to checking, remember to use Teledata-24. With Teledata-24 you have 24-hour access to your account. You can obtain your account balance, checks that have cleared, or transfer from savings to checking. If you would like a brochure on how to use Teledata-24 call the credit union at 895-6880. Electronic Bill Pay
When you sign up for electronic bill pay you can say "bye-bye" to long hours of paying bills. Our program lets you schedule bill payments any time of day or night--right from your home computer. Our security measures will assure you our program is one of the safest and most secure you will find anywhere. The flexibility and services of your credit union have always served you well--now let them save you time. Cost per month is $5.00 for 10 transactions and .39 cents for each transaction over 10.  For more information on electronic bill pay services, call the credit union.
Wire Transfer of Funds
Wire transfers involve the electronic movement of money through the Federal Reserve System, directly from your account at the credit union to an account at another financial institution. The cost of a wire transfer out is $15.00. The cost of a wire transfer in is $5.00.

ATM Card    Effective April 1, 2013
A convenient way to withdraw or deposit money in your account. Unlimited number of cash withdrawals if your card is used at our ATM, Cash Corner ATMs, or Walgreens ATMs. If used at other machines, a $2.00 fee for each withdrawal will be charged. Check Card (Debit Card)
The card that does it all. You'll save time and trouble when you use your Check Card for everything from gas to groceries, restaurants to retailers. Pay for your purchases electronically right at the cash register. Unlimited number of purchase transactions. Unlimited number of cash withdrawals if your card is used at our ATMs, Cash Corner ATMs, or Walgreens ATMs. If used at other machines, a $2.00 fee for each withdrawal will be charged. Account Access
Now, you will have access to your account 24x7. Check balances, find out the amount of your last deposit, see what checks have cleared, or transfer money. Drop by the credit union to sign up, or call us at 895-6880 and we be will glad to mail you the form for Online Account Access. Take advantage of this convenient service. Log on to your Online Account through Account Access.
e-Statements
If you are signed up for Account Access, you can sign up for e-Statements.  Benefits include: Ability to view, download or print an electronic version of your paper statements. You can access your statement anytime, day or night, through CU Online Access. E-Statement archived for 12 months. Email reminders sent right to your personal email address whenever a new statement is available. Eliminate paper statements to help reduce paper waste and conserve resources. Greater security eliminates the risk of your statement getting lost in the mail or falling into the wrong hands. Log on to your Online Account through Account Access to sign up.
ELECTRONIC FUND TRANSFER DISCLOSURES If you believe that there has been an unauthorized electronic transfer of funds from any of your accounts, or in case of errors or questions about your electronic funds transfers, notify Neighborhood Community Federal Credit Union at (402) 895-6880, or by mail to or in person at 4848 South 120th Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68137. Prompt notification of an unauthorized transfer will lessen your liability. If your access device, i.e. your card, PIN number, password, etc., for your account is lost or stolen, and you notify the Credit Union within 2 business days after learning of the loss or theft, your liability will not exceed the lesser of $50 or the amount of unauthorized transfers occurring before such notice. If you fail to notify the Credit Union within 2 business days after learning of the loss or theft, you will also be liable for all unauthorized transfers occurring after those 2 business days but before you gave the Credit Union notice. However, your total liability will not exceed $500. If an unauthorized transfer appears on a periodic statement, and you notify the Credit Union within 60 days of the Credit Union’s transmitting that statement to you, you will not be liable for any subsequent unauthorized transfers. However, if you fail to notify the Credit Union within 60 days, you will be liable for any unauthorized transfers occurring after the 60 days if the Credit Union could have stopped such transfer had you given notice within the 60 day period. The Credit Union will extend these deadlines to a reasonable period if your failure to notify the Credit Union was due to extenuating circumstances. The Credit Union will make such determinations on a case by case basis.
